Details:
A five day lecture series on computational chemistry was organized for all the M.Sc. and Ph.D. students of the department. The students were exposed to usage of model chemistry and its applications, basis sets and various methods like electronic structure method and density functional method. Introduction of various useful softwares for model chemistry was also given with the emphasis on Gaussian package.
